These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Maribon's App & website.
By accessing this Maribon (“App & Website”) we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Maribon if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing Maribon and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

1.Certain parts of Maribon offer the opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions, information, material and data in areas of the app. Maribon does not screen, edit, publish or review User Content prior to their appearance on Maribon and User Content does not reflect the views or opinions of Maribon, its agents or affiliates. User Content reflects the view and opinion of the person (“user”) who posts content. To the extent permitted by applicable laws Maribon shall not be responsible or liable for the User Content or for any loss cost, liability, damages or expenses caused and or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the User Content on Maribon.
2.Maribon reserves the right to monitor all User Content and to remove any User Content which it considers in its absolute discretion to be inappropriate, offensive, reported or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
3.You warrant and represent that:
1.You are entitled to post the User Content on Maribon and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;
2.The User Content do not infringe any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark, or other proprietary right of any third party;
3.The User Content does not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material or material which is an invasion of privacy
4.The User Content will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activities or unlawful activity.
5.You hereby grant to Maribon a non-exclusive royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your User Content in any and all forms, formats or media.

Pages related to places are not verified by the staff members of the place unless otherwise indicated by a “verified” symbol. The content of the page is added from user generated content and could include inaccurate or outdated information. Users may report any item from the Page and it will be treated in accordance to the User Content terms. Other information displayed about the Page has been retrieved from public sources of information. Staff members of the place are encouraged to claim the place in order to keep the page updated with accurate information.
